Regional Excavation Across Two Counties

Mirage Excavation serves the East Valley and Pinal County from a San Tan Valley base. Our published service area includes San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Florence, Casa Grande, Scottsdale and Cave Creek, with boulder retaining wall work also available in northern Arizona.
The East Valley stretches from Mesa and Gilbert on the Maricopa County side to the fast-growing towns of Pinal County, framed by the San Tan Mountains, the Usery Mountains and the Superstition Mountains. Washes such as Queen Creek Wash, Sonoqui Wash and Weekes Wash carry monsoon runoff across ground that ranges from flat former farmland to rocky desert foothills, often with caliche common in southern Arizona soils.
It is one of the fastest-building parts of Arizona. Commercial pads, grading, trenching and underground utilities are the starting point for work by general contractors, developers, electrical contractors and property owners across the East Valley. Mirage Excavation brings a site-first approach to that earthwork.

Our yard sits near the middle of the service area, with Ironwood Drive, Hunt Highway and SR-24 connecting us to Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Mesa and Gilbert.

We Know Both Counties’ Rules

Built for Arizona Ground

Caliche, rocky foothill soil and wash sand behave differently. We assess conditions during the estimate and bring the right equipment.

Monsoon season runs June 15 through September 30. We plan dust control, erosion protection and open-trench exposure around the weather, and prioritize drainage grades that help sites handle storms.
